What is Xhtml Kitchen? Which types of services does it perform?

How does Xhtml Kitchen work?

1. You send your files with all the details of your Project on Order page.
2. According to your order, our experts examine and confirm your designs.
3. The required payment is expected for the confirmed projects.
4. Working process begins immediately as soon as the payment is done.
5. When the working process has been completed in the specified time, all the files are delivered to you.

In how many days, do you complete the orders?

Generally, we finish projects with 5 or fewer than 5 pages in 3 business days. However, according to the project’s complication and number of pages, it might take longer than the specified time above.

We immediately inform you about the estimated time of completion of your project as soon as your project is accepted.

Moreover, if you have a project that needs to be completed quickly, please let us know when filling the order form on order page. Notice that the cost of haste projects can be increased.

How much does your services cost? Do you have a price plan?

In XHTML/CSS conversion service, the price for the first page is $150, and inner pages are priced with 50% discount. Don’t forget that 50% discount is only available for the pages which are similar to the homepage. 50% discount does not apply for the bottom pages which have different designs from the homepage.

The price for the service of e-mail assembled into HTML template is $100.

The price for the Wordpress theme adaptation services is $200. Remember that the standard price can be changed as to complexity of the Project.

When do I have to effect the payment?

You need to pay the total cost as far as you placed the order. The unpaid orders won’t be taken into process. If the order costs too much (e.g.: if it is more than $1500), you can contact us. We may make a sum due payable on the installment plan for you.

In which ways can I effect the payment?

You can do your payment through EFT or credit card via PayPal to our bank account.

Do you have any discount for orders with more pages?

If you have a Project with too many pages, do not hesitate to contact us. We may make a discount that will be suitable for both sides.

Can I work with you for the Privacy Project?

Just let us know that your project requires privacy during the working process or after the completion. We do respect your Privacy Policy and guarantee the confidentiality of all designs, information, texts and other materials that you’ve sent us and we, of course, promise that we never share them with any other third company.

I have a hasty Project. Can you help me in this regard?

In which things should I be careful when placing an order?

Please consider our suggestions below before placing an order:

• The designs that you have sent us should be completed to a large extend.
• Your layer system in your designs should be proper.
• Send us every detail about your Project when placing an order.
• While delivering your Project files, be sure that you compress them all into one file.
• If the pages of your project are larger than 20 MB, you can upload them to your server and give us its auto link.

Which types of files do you work with?

As Xhtml Kitchen, we work with PDS, PNG, AI, JPEG, GIF, PDF types of files. It’s, certainly, enough for us to have your files in layered and proper form. If your designs aren’t layered, we do our best to ensure the greatest result for you.

Do the converted pages can be viewed properly in various browsers?

Sure! All the pages that we have converted can be viewed absolutely great in all the latest version of IE7, IE8, Firefox 3, Safari, Chrome and Opera.

Can we use the special fonts in designs for the pages which are converted to Xhtml / CSS?

By using sIFR, Cufon and @font-face techniques, we easily put your desired fonts to your Project’s web pages. Just tell us the technique that we are going to use and send the font which you would like to use together with your designs.

Some changes occurred in my designs during the conversion of my Project or after the completion? Can you apply these changes?

Feel free while telling us the changes in your designs. For little changes we do not charge you any additional cost. The demands that require bigger changes are priced differently.

Do you perform any other services different than XHTML/CSS conversion?

Can I cancel my order at any time?

If our experts haven’t started to work on your Project so far, yes you can immediately cancel your order! If the working process has already begun, orders can not be canceled. To cancel your product, you can contact with us.

Under which conditions can I be refunded?

If our chiefs haven’t started to work on your Project so far, you can take back the whole part of your money. If you change your mind about the conversion of your Project please contact with us quickly.

Do my Project is going to be viewed in Works step when it is finished?

According to our privacy policy we do not list the projects that require privacy on our Works pages. On the other hand, if you don’t want your Project to be placed in the Works pages, just indicate it by communicating with us.

Do you keep the copies of my Project files?

Yes, we do keep the copies of your Project files to prevent them from unexpected accidents such as the loss of files by you or any crashes that might occur at any time. If you don’t want us to keep the copies of your files, you can instruct our experts by getting in contact with them.
